12 sessions over 6 weeks
Two sessions per week. Choose Wednesday, Friday, or both.

Wednesdays: 5:00–6:15 PM
Fridays: 7:00–8:15 PM

For: Girls ages 11+ (middle & high school athletes)
Group Size: Maximum 12 athletes per session

Meet Coach Jeff

8+ years strength & conditioning experience | Olympic Weightlifting & MMA Competitor | Movement Mastery Specialist

Jeff brings deep knowledge of biomechanics, power development, and injury prevention to every session. His background in Olympic weightlifting and mixed martial arts gives him unique insight into how athletes generate explosive power safely and effectively.

At The Bold Break, Jeff's mission is simple: help young athletes build strength foundations that improve performance and protect their bodies long-term.

His coaching philosophy: "Strength is a skill. The better you move, the stronger you get. The stronger you get, the more confident you become."

His approach: Technical, empowering, focused on movement mastery. Whether your athlete is new to lifting or already has experience, Jeff meets her where she is and builds from there

Complete Session Schedule

Weeks 1-3: Foundation Phase

Focus: Foundational movement mechanics

  • Proper body alignment and positioning

  • Muscle activation patterns

  • Safe lifting form and technique

  • Core control and coordination

  • Building confidence with basic movements

Goal: Master the mechanics before adding significant resistance

Focus: Resistance progression and advanced patterns

  • Progressive loading strategies

  • Advanced movement patterns

  • Power development techniques

  • Vertical-specific training applications

  • Competition-ready strength

Goal: Apply solid mechanics to explosive, game-ready movements
