Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Bold Break, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide fairness and flexibility while respecting the resources and commitments required to deliver exceptional experiences to our athletes and families.

General Policy for 12-Week Courses

  • Cancellations or changes made before the start of the course are subject to a 30% service fee.

  • Once a 12-week course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • Participants who withdraw after the course has started may be eligible for class credit toward the next 12-week course.

We now offer three (3) makeup classes in the form of credits toward our next drop-in season.

If you know of any dates your athlete will miss before the season begins, we will apply those absences as a credit to your original purchase. The remaining makeup opportunities can be used for approved sick days.

To qualify as an approved sick day, you must notify us at least six (6) hours before class begins. This allows our coaching staff time to adjust the practice plan accordingly.

Please note:

  • Credits are non-transferable and only apply toward drop-in programming

  • Makeup credits do not carry over beyond the next drop-in season

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are annual and must be maintained on a yearly basis.

  • Members who were grandfathered into our original pricing structure must remain in good standing and current on payments to retain their legacy membership rate.

Dig and Decant Camp

Due to the significant investment involved in bringing college coaches to The Bold Break, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 30% service fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after the camp has commenced. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances (such as injury or illness) with a valid doctor’s note, and are subject to management discretion.

Payment Plan Policy

At The Bold Break, we offer flexible payment options through trusted third-party services such as Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or Clearpay. These platforms allow you to split your payments into manageable installments at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • All payment plans must be arranged prior to the session start date.

  • We do not offer custom or in-house payment plans once a session has begun.

  • If you'd like to discuss payment arrangements, please contact us before the session starts — we’re happy to help walk you through the process.

  • In all cases, your payment (or payment plan setup) must be completed in full to secure your spot in the class.

No exceptions will be made after the session has started.
