SUMMER DAY CAMPS

For Elementary & Middle School Girls

This isn’t just a volleyball camp. It’s a full-body, full-mind experience for girls who want to grow.

EVERY DAY INCLUDES:

🥗 Fuel Training — Learn what to eat before and after practice, and why it matters. Girls cook simple meals and learn the "why" behind nutrition.

🏐 Volleyball Skills — We teach the basics with energy and focus: passing, serving, hitting, footwork, and more. Growth over perfection.

🧠 Mental Training — Through our MAZE Model and journal work, girls learn how to manage nerves, stay confident, and track progress.

VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING

For Athletes Who Want to Move Better, Jump Higher, and Train Smarter
