What is Open Studio?
Bold Break Open Studio is your chance to train at membership pricing, experience our training before our next 12-week session in August, and customize a schedule that works for you.
Unlike traditional drop-in classes, Open Studio requires pre-registration so you can lock in your preferred class times and commit to consistent training each week. This flexible format ensures athletes get structured reps, quality coaching, and a game plan for improvement.
How It Works:
✅ Pre-register for your classes – Choose at least 2 training days per week that fit your schedule.
✅ Secure your spot in advance – All sessions should be booked in one checkout.
TRAINING LEVELS:
🏐 🔥 LEVEL 1 – BUILDING FUNDAMENTALS (1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade)
Designed for newer players or those still building consistency with the basics. We focus on:
✔ Volleyball fundamentals – passing, serving, setting, and movement patterns.
✔ Confidence-building drills with a fun, supportive atmosphere.
✔ Game-based learning to apply skills in real-time.
🏐 ⚡ LEVEL 2 – GAME-READY SKILLS (4th, 5th, & 6th Grade)
For players with some experience who are ready to refine technique and decision-making. We focus on:
✔ Faster-paced skill development and advanced movement patterns.
✔ Position training – Experimenting with different positions.
✔ Game-like scenarios to improve volleyball IQ and reaction time.
What to Expect in Elementary School Classes
Elementary school athletes will build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals through fun, age-appropriate drills that focus on technique, movement, and coordination. Each session is designed to boost confidence and motor skills, ensuring young players feel comfortable and excited to be on the court. With a positive, encouraging atmosphere, kids will not only improve their volleyball skills but also develop teamwork, communication, and a love for the game.
