Founder & CEO

Gabby Cole

Growing up on the volleyball court, Gabby has witnessed the game's evolution from the perspectives of a player, parent, and coach. After playing Division 1 volleyball at Cal Berkeley, she transitioned to a corporate career, where she realized the immense advantages athletics provided her—communication, time management, leadership, and strategic thinking. Now, as a mother of twin daughters who play volleyball in an increasingly competitive environment, she is passionate about ensuring that young athletes do not lose sight of the invaluable character development that sports offer.

Miranda Rodriguez

Miranda, a Bay Area native, was essentially born into the sport of volleyball, with parents who coached the game. She began playing volleyball at the age of 9 and honed her skills through competitive programs in the area during her formative years, eventually playing at Holy Names University. While pursuing a career in education, Miranda has accumulated 10 years of coaching experience in both club and high school settings. Her passion is to elevate youth sports to be developmentally appropriate and inclusive for all athletes. As a mother, Miranda is dedicated to empowering and educating coaches, parents, and athletes, fostering a transformative sports experience for everyone involved.
